1. Informational Purpose Only — No Medical Advice
All content on the Site—blog posts, articles, videos, downloadable materials, and any messaging—exists for general informational and educational purposes. It is not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice and should not replace consultation with a licensed speech-language pathologist or other qualified health provider.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
-
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
-

Collect information about others without consent.
-
Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s security or operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
3. Online Forms, Appointment Requests & Telepractice
Submitting an online form or requesting an appointment does not create a patient-provider relationship until we confirm acceptance in writing or verbally and requisite paperwork is completed. Telepractice services are delivered only to clients located in states where Bright Cove therapists hold valid licensure.
4. Fees, Payments, and Insurance
Fee schedules, accepted insurance plans, and payment terms are provided separately (e.g., intake paperwork, service agreements, or invoices). You are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance. Late-payment or cancellation policies disclosed in your service agreement supersede any conflicting information on the Site.

You may view, download, or print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Cove, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to US $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bright Cove and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
