Alison Fearon is the founder of BrightCove Therapy Co. She is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Vermont and a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Montclair State University.

​Alison brings a broad clinical background to her business, having worked with individuals across the lifespan presenting with a variety of speech and language needs. Her areas of expertise include early childhood language development, speech sound disorders, voice disorders, aphasia, dysarthria, and cognitive-communication disorders.
​
She has a special interest in working with adults experiencing cognitive and communication challenges following stroke and those living with Parkinson’s disease. Alison is certified in LSVT LOUD, a proven voice therapy program for individuals with Parkinson’s, and is trained in LAMP (Language Acquisition through Motor Planning) for augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) support.
